For this recipe you need 3 ingredients and one blender, that’s it! This vegan parseman is a nice alternative for dairy-free diet or just for people curious about food 🙂
Like the classic parmesan, you can use it one on the top of your pasta, risotto, lasagnas and so on.
Keep it in a glass jar and away from heat and humidity. No need to store it in your fridge.
I use lightly salted and roasted cashew so I do not need to add salt. Feel free to use non-salted cashew and add salt by yourself.
Ingrédients
120 g of lightly and roasted cashews
25 g of nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- add all the ingredients in your blender.
- Blend for 5 seconds, then mix with a spoon to have a homogeneous consistency.
- Blend again for 5 seconds. Blend the mixture into two steps will prevent you to have cashew butter (sounds delicious but it is not our goal 🙃)
